PLEASE READ!! Today I received my propane delivery from u-save. I came outside and wished the two gentlemen A happy new year and introduced myself, because I was New to the area. When they finished their job I received the bill from one of the gentleman. After they left, I let my fur baby Outside to go potty. About five minutes later I opened the door to call him back in And Petey was gone. When I went outside to look for him I noticed that that u-save employee Did not shut the gate. I searched for about 30 minutes with no luck. I called to speak with u-save about what happened. Amanda answered the phone and I explained to her what happened. She told me that she would call the drivers and find out what happened. 15 minutes later I get a call back and she explained to me that the drivers did not remember if they shut the gate or not, they did not see the dog but they did see tracks in the backyard. Amanda then apologized to me. And then the conversation went silent… I then asked her for help, I asked her could I please get some help out here to look for my dog. She explained to me she Would give me her supervisors number, I told her to have her supervisor to call me back immediately. 15 minutes later amanda called me back and said that the drivers would come back out to help me look for the dog, But the supervisor was busy helping fix a truck. He apparently did not want to speak to me and passed the buck on to Amanda. I explained to her how important this was I then told her that that I need her supervisor to call me back immediately to rectify the situation. 15 minutes later a gentleman named taco called me and his very first words were… How can I help you. Not I’m sorry, not we’re going to get this straightened out, not anything positive or caring his voice. He just kept saying how can I help you over and over. He was so defensive! Not 1 ounce of help in his voice, Only contempt! All he did was defend his drivers and said we can’t prove if the dog Got out because the gate was open or when he actually got out. I said to him do you think that I’m making this up and why are you being so defensive and getting angry at me. I said your employees are the ones that lost my dog and I’m the one being cool and collective. He then said he’s busy and he doesn’t have time for my semantics… He then said he had to go and I’m gonna ask you for the last time what do you want me to do… I said I want you, amanda and the drivers to come help me find my Family member that escaped do to your employees incompetence. He then explained to me Hell no that’ll never happen, Besides I already asked my drivers to come out there and help you they should’ve already been there by now. I then told him nevermind, it’s obvious that no one cares about my dog. I then Assured him that I would be back in touch...This is such a bad dream for me and my family and I wanted to let everyone out there that this is the leader of a company that’s coming onto your property. Someone who does not care!
Great service and nice staff! And they track you down when you accidently leave a small camper tank by the fill station.
Went in to purchase something to drink and a young girl was screaming across the store that she didn't do anything and just acting crazy! I've been here many times and never experienced anything like it! The woman, Dorthothy I think was her name was very courteous and apologizing for the young girl acting like that, the other customers in line were amazed at the way the girl was acting. As I left she was sitting in the corner eating and cursing like no other. I won't be back
